Roswell, NM
(ContentDesk) March 13, 2006 -- Paul Taylor III, a leader in Southwest commercial and ranch real estate, recently launched a new website (http://www.ranchline.com) to serve as an online information source for consumers looking for a central source for finding Farms and Ranches in the Southwest United States.
Having a passion for the ranch and farming lifestyle, Paul provides a fresh perspective on how these Real Estate opportunities can be found.
The site features multimedia components such as compelling video content, photos, maps and detailed information about the ranch and farm investment opportunities available.
Many people are not aware of the abundant and beautiful ranching and farming opportunities in the Southwest.
Said owner Paul Taylor, I wanted to capture the essence and variety of experiences available at these fine properties and put it in an easy to access format for people looking to retire to a ranch in the Old West, diversify their investment portfolio, or even have their own private hunting lodge.
When people look for a house to buy, they are usually just looking for a place to live, when you look for a ranch your looking for a lifestyle, an experience that takes us back to our roots, said New Mexico ranch owner Jon Fuller.
Ranchline.com helps people get a feeling for the type of ranching they can do whether it be raising livestock, bailing hay or even just raising a few horses on some acreage.Ranchline.com is a comprehensive, full featured website dedicated to providing insightful information about a variety of Ranches for sales in New Mexico and Texas.
Ranches include active farming, livestock, hunting, or just relaxing and living the western lifestyle on a smaller parcel.About Paul Taylor III:Paul is a West Point graduate who served in the United States Army as a Captain and second generation commercial, ranch, and farm real estate broker in New Mexico.

Train and Motivate Employees While They Play Online
Let's face it; employees are going to waste time "screwing around" online.
But is there any way to turn that wasted time into something productive?
That question led two friends, a computer programmer and a small business owner, to develop a unique, morale-building, training and productivity-boosting solution to the problem of employees wasting time online. It's called WillWorkForFun.com.At first, programmer Patrick McDonald and business owner Chris Munson conceived it as a way to channel the "fun in the workplace" craze into an ongoing team-building exercise, a way for employees to team up and compete in trivia contests for prizes.
Then the light really came on for Pat and Chris.
"What if," they asked themselves, "we include questions about company policies and procedures, new regulations, new products and services?"
So they did, and the results have gone far beyond what either of them imagined.A two-month test run at STEP, Inc., an agency...

Five Rules for Negotiating Online.
Negotiating online is different from communicating in person. First of all, it is not done in real time. Communicating online is by definition a delayed process. One party sends an email and then waits for a response. Since you cannot see or hear the other person, you are getting all your cues from the online message.
Because you are typing and thinking at the same time, it is easy to make mistakes which only get noticed after you have already sent it. Here are five rules that apply to negotiating via email.
1) Set the tone.
When you are sending your messages by email, that is the only thing the other side sees. The other party cannot see your face or look at your body language. Your emails will set the tone.
Do not write everything in CAPITAL LETTERS. That is like shouting and is considered to be very rude.
Be careful with expressions like LOL (laughing...
Online Mortgage Loans
Just as every other aspect of life, the internet has also revolutionized the mortgaging business. Almost every financial institution worth its salt has a website that tries to attract mortgage buyers online. Even for the mortgage buyer, this is a tremendous blessing. From within the confines of their home, mortgage buyers can compare and study which mortgage to buy, and even buy it in actuality just by filling a simple application form.
There are an immense number of mortgage selling websites. But naturally, there is tremendous competition between them.
Each mortgage site tries to provide better features than the other ? either in terms of lower interest rates or better repayment options. Owing to the huge competition in the online mortgage vending business, mortgage websites either generate their own mortgage leads or buy those leads from other lead-generation websites. They might then follow these leads via emails.
However, the vast number of mortgage...
